This notice explains, in plain words, what happens to the details you share with Deals Agency through this website. We have tried to keep it short and honest.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We also note which page the form was sent from. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and your address.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means preparing and sending your buyer map and replying to any questions. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow up question, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are read by us so we can reply to you. We never sell them, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which is the only outside service the site uses.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us at noelle.bentley@dealsagency.co, or send a note through the form on our contact page. If you reply to any message from us with the word stop, we will not contact you again.
